All trace investigations will be conducted in accordance with all relevant UK and European legislation for debt collection.
Where our trace investigations prove to be unsuccessful you will be provided with a full account of our findings. All tracing will be completed within a maximum of thirty days from receipt and all positive traces are offered with a trace recheck service for your peace of mind.

Then this report is the one for you, it includes homeowner details, charges against property and an estimate of the value. The report will also include land registry details.

Want to secure a monthly repayment via attachment of earnings but don't know where a debtor works then this is the report for you.
This report includes current employment status of the debtor, which would include the name and address of the employer for the debtor (if employed) and an approximate annual salary, if available. This report is useful if you are thinking of enforcing a CCJ with an attachment of earnings order.
