Our authorised partner is a provider of the enforcement of High Court Writs. Our authorised Officer is a member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association and has over 30 year's experience of the enforcement of Writs.
Our team of nationwide approved enforcement officers are able to execute writs, perform the seizure, recovery / sale of assets and perform evictions.
We operate a fully automated transfer process for those who have obtained a County Court Judgment that can be transferred to the High Court for enforcement.
Provided your judgment is over £600 and does not relate to a Consumer Credit Agreement, you can use us to enforce the court’s judgment.
To start off the process all you have to do is complete our online Instruction Form (below).
The Process:
We will instruct our team to transfer the judgment to the High Court. This takes between 4 – 21 days depending on the length of time taken by the county court to complete the paperwork in its part of the process.
Once transferred, a local Enforcement Officer, acting on the direct authority of an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, will attend at the debtor’s address. We aim to complete this within 5 days of the Writ being issued in the High Court.
