Trace and transfer service

A service for trace instructors which allows for cases to be traced and then where telephone contact has been achieved for the call to be transfered for you to reconnect with your customers.

The main advantage of this service is that you can reconnect with your customer instantly and resolve the account in a timely manner rather than having to wait for your trace report to arrive and then attempt to contact your customer. We quickly confirm the callers identity and proceed with the DPA (Data protection check) once the DPA has been completed we auto transfer the call to your nominated number for call resolution at your chosen handling number. So just seconds after your client has been traced you can be connected to them and resolving their account. We offer this service included in our standard trace price and hence there is no extra cost for you the client.

This service will:

All trace investigations will be conducted in accordance with all relevant UK and European legislation for debt collection.
Where our trace investigations prove to be unsuccessful you will be provided with a full account of our findings. All tracing will be completed within a maximum of thirty days from receipt and all positive traces are offered with a trace recheck service for your peace of mind.
